Early September 29, Nguyen Hoang Thao, permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee chaired a meeting of Organizing divisions of the 11th Provincial Party Congress for 2020-2025 tenure to listen to reports of departments on preparation of the 11th Provincial Party Congress.

At the meeting, leaders of Party construction boards and departments reported and raised opinions about the preparation of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, namely the congress agenda, reception and accommodation of delegates, press conferences before and after the congress, allocation of press zone, the process of decorating the area of congress hall and exhibition space, power supply, disease prevention, and security assurance.
Up to date, the division of congress agenda has fulfilled the reviews of speech documents before printing. The HR division has fulfilled the assignments under the planning. Provincial Party Committee’s Board of Propaganda and Education has basically prepared general agenda, role designation, operation, and press conferences. The Office of Provincial Party Committee has finished printing invitations to be sent to delegates at the congress. The groups servicing the congress have been trained and designated in place. Binh Duong Newspaper has also presented the magazine welcoming the congress. Binh Duong Television is fulfilling the documentary of Binh Duong by proposal of permanent board of Provincial Party Committee. Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is promoting the decoration of the congress hall and exhibition space. In the meantime, Provincial Military HQ and Provincial Police have agreed upon measures to ensure absolute security for the congress.
Addressing the meeting, Nguyen Hoang Thao demanded the divisions and leaders to contribute their feedbacks in haste and well preparation for all measures assuring the well going 11th Provincial Party Congress. He noted that all departments should be prepared with the best measures of preventing diseases, ensuring food sanitation, and assuring health protection for delegates at the congress.
