Phase 2 of project to protect Dau Tieng’s collective trademark of oranges and pomelos deployed

In the first quarter of 2022, provincial Department of Science and Technology (DoST), with the application of science and technology, implemented the phase 2 for the project to protect, manage and develop the collective trademark of "Dau Tieng" for orange and pomelo products in Dau Tieng district.

Regarding service activities, provincial DoST provided and read 2,071 individual radiation doses, tested 30 X-ray medical diagnostic devices, tested 35 results, inspected and tested 162 labor safety techniques, organized training on labor safety and hygiene. The level of service revenue in the first 3 months of 2022 was VND 675 million or 11.2% of the year’s plan. In addition, provincial DoST also organized training on radiation safety for 40 staff operating equipment in medical diagnostic radiology, provided training on radiation safety for 99 employees in industrial manufacture.
