Pilot tour of historical and ecological tourism

In order to improve tourism services in the coming time, People's Committee of Tan Uyen Town assigned Culture and Information Office to organize a pilot tour in the town.

Accordingly, in Oct 2019, Tan Uyen Town organized a pilot tour in 3 days of 20, 26, and 27. Participants included cultural sector’s officials, experts at all levels, youth union members, workers at companies in the town.

The tour consisted of destinations: Vinh Loi War Zone (Vinh Tan Commune), province-level historic and cultural relic Ancient house of Do Cao Thua, province-level historic and cultural relic Tan Trach Temple, Mr. Hai Duong's pomelo orchard (Bach Dang commune), and other recreational spots. Visitors also enjoyed Southern amateur music of clubs in Tan Uyen Town.

More than 200 visitors took part in the pilot tour during 3 days. The organizers also conducted a survey to collect opinions of participants in order to set up better tours meeting the need of visitors.
