Province’s total tourism revenue in Q1 2015 estimated at VND340bln

Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that the province’s tourism revenue in the first quarter of 2015 was estimated at VND340bln or 31% of the year’s plan. Of these, turnover for tourism services reached VND280bln or 82.3% of the sector’s total revenue.

Also during the period, province-based travel companies served more than 1.1 million visitor arrivals or 26.9% of the yearly plan. Tourist sites across the province also welcomed around 731,000 visitors.
