Provincial Bar Association affirms its position and role in social life

On April 21, Provincial Bar Association solemnly celebrated the 30th anniversary of its establishment and development (1992-2022). The ceremony was attended by Nguyen Thanh Binh, Director of the Southern Affairs Department (Ministry of Justice); Lawyer Do Ngoc Thinh, Chairman of Vietnam Bar Federation. On the side of Binh Duong province, there was Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice Chairwoman of Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van Danh, Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee.

After 30 years of establishment and development, up to now, Provincial Bar Association has become a strong professional social organization with 224 members. The Provincial Bar Association has affirmed the position and role of lawyers in the protection of justice, the freedoms, and democracy of citizens, and the legitimate rights and interests of individuals, agencies and organizations, building a socialist Vietnam ruled by law. The Provincial Bar Association was awarded many certificates of merit by Ministry of Justice, Vietnam Bar Federation, and Provincial People's Committee.

On this occasion, Provincial Bar Association received a certificate of merit from Ministry of Justice for its outstanding achievements in contributing to the development of local judicial work; certificate of merit from Vietnam Bar Federation for outstanding achievements in the practice and development career of Provincial Bar Association; certificate of merit from Provincial People's Committee for outstanding achievements, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province. Many organizations and individuals practicing law in the province also received medals and certificates of merit from Vietnam Bar Federation, certificates of merit from Provincial Bar Association.
