August 1, Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board held a conference for key officials to learn and grasp up conclusions and the 5th Resolution of the 11th tenure Central Committee of CPV (the 5th Resolution) with participation of Mr. Mai The Trung, Commissioner of Central Committee of CPV, cum Secretary of Party Committee, and leaders from Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, and key leaders from Party in the grassroots, departments, sectors, districts, towns, and Thu Dau Mot City.Mr. Nguyen Minh Giao, Standing Affair Board members, Director of Communication and Education Board informed the requirements of Guidance No. 52/HD-BTGTW dated May 22, 2012 of Central government’s Communication and Education Board to broadcast the contents of the plenum on May 15-17 in Hanoi as follows:- Constitution 1992 implementation and some major contents of Constitution 1992 needs adding and amending;- Conclusion of the 7th Resolution of the 9th tenure Central Committee of CPV on continual reforms of land policies and legal regulations in the stage of industrialization and modernization;- Conclusions on some matters of salary and salary reforms until 2020;- Conclusions on continual implementation of the 3rd Resolution of the 10th tenure Central Committee of CPV on “Party leadership boost to fight and prevent corruption and wastefulnesss”; and,- Resolution on “some social issues in 2012-2020 period”.Ph.D Nguyen Tien Hoang, Director of Education and Political Theory, gave a speech on the 5 mentioned contents.Concluding the session, Mr. Nguyen Minh Giao called upon officials and staffs to aim for long-term development in a bid to put the resolution into life.According to Political Reporters – Translated by Vi Bao
