The conference announced the decision made by the City Party Standing Committee to transfer Mr. Ha Minh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of An Son Commune. He will take on a new role at the Office of the City Party Committee, where he has been appointed as the Deputy Chief of the Office of the Thuan An City Party Committee. This appointment will take effect on December 1, 2024, and will last for a term of five years.

Additionally, the conference announced the Decision of the Chairman of the City People's Committee, approving the election results for the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of An Son Commune for the 12th term, covering the 2021-2026 period, with Mr. Nguyen Thanh Luat as the elected candidate.
