Thuan An City to carry out Tet care plan for workers

Thuan An City Confederation of Labor has set up a plan to organize activities taking care of trade union members and workers on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2022. Standing Committee of Thuan An City Labor Confederation directed grassroots Trade Unions to assess disadvantaged workers paying social insurance premium at enterprises, and non-public non-business units making trade union contributions, civil servants having difficult circumstances. These groups will be cared for and supported by trade union's financial resources with 300,000 VND/person.

This plan also gives priority to trade unionists and workers having difficult circumstances affected by the Covid-19, natural disasters, storms, floods, labor accidents, occupational diseases, fatal diseases, laborers, those who belong to beneficiaries of policy-based families or have not been able to return to their hometown for many years to reunite with their families during Tet holiday. Workers who do not return to their hometown and stay to celebrate Tet in Binh Duong will also be supported 300,000 VND/person...
