According to the Department of Health, the situation of Covid-19 across the country is complicated and at the same time recently the number of foreign experts coming to work in Binh Duong has increased. Therefore, in order to create favorable conditions and support for foreign experts to enter Binh Duong but ensure the safety of Covid-19, the Department of Health notifies units that invite experts to work. must ensure: Experts are tested for SARS-CoV-2 using real time PCR technique from 3-7 days before the date of entry into Vietnam. Tests for SARS-CoV-2 must be done in a laboratory approved by the Government or part of the laboratory system of the World Health Organization. Experts must have international health insurance or invite agencies to commit to pay for treatment in case of Covid-19.
The authorities need to create favorable conditions for experts to complete the procedures to enter and work in Binh Duong; continue to strictly implement the requirements in Official Letter No. 2847/CV-BCD of May 23, 2020 of the National Steering Committee for the Prevention and Combat of Covid-19 epidemic about supporting foreigners who are investors and experts, technical and skilled workers, and business managers who enter Vietnam to work.
It is emphasized that the above notice does not apply to experts who already have tickets and will enter Vietnam before August 5, 2020.
