Whole province has 4 Covid-19 patients being treated

Source from provincial Department of Health said that on May 13, the whole province recorded 23 Covid-19 cases, with no deaths. Currently, there are 4 patients being treated at medical facilities and 450 people infected with Covid-19 under home treatment. Among these 4 patients being treated at medical facilities, there are 2 severe cases.

Since the 4th Covid-19 wave, the whole province has recorded more than 383,000 people with Covid-19, including 3,471 deaths.

Also on May 13, provincial Department of Health announced the pandemic level in communes, wards and towns in the province under the Decision 218/QDBYT of the Ministry of Health. Accordingly, from May 5 to 11, the whole province had all  91 communes, wards and towns at the level 1 of pandemic risk (low-risk). The criteria for assessing the level of the Covid-19 pandemic are based on 3 criteria by localities: The rate of new cases in the area/population/time; vaccine coverage and guarantee of the collection and treatment capacity of medical examination and treatment establishments at all levels.
