Exploiting advantages, developing together

Resolution No. 24-NQ/TW of the Politburo on socio-economic development and assurance of national defense and security in the Southeast region by 2030, with a vision for 2045, clearly specifies orientations in many fields for provinces and cities in the region to join forces and bring about the highest and most sustainable efficiency on the way to development. Binh Duong has been vigorously implementing this resolution in order to promote the province's socio-economic development, and at the same time make a worthy contribution to the overall achievements of the region and the whole country.

On the development path over the years, with great success in many aspects, Binh Duong has affirmed its important role and position in the region. With the existing potential and advantages, Binh Duong has been actively and proactively connecting with other provinces and cities in the region, exploiting advantages and supporting each other for mutual development.

Investment in construction of transport infrastructure connecting the region is an outstanding field that demonstrates the initiative and vision of Binh Duong's regional development. Currently, Binh Duong is carrying out resolutely the compensation and site clearance for Ring Road 3 project to promptly start construction according to the set plan. Accelerating this project is to drastically implement the direction of the Government, in accordance with the spirit of Resolution No. 24 of the Politburo, and at the same time, Binh Duong correctly recognizes great benefits of Ring Road 3 project for localities in the Southeast region.

In addition, Binh Duong has also been actively coordinating with localities in the region, ministries and central branches to accelerate the Ho Chi Minh City - Chon Thanh expressway project. Previously, Binh Duong actively coordinated with Tay Ninh and Dong Nai to implement some projects to open new connection directions that are convenient for both sides and the whole region in socio-economic development.

Apart from the transport infrastructure, recently Binh Duong and Tay Ninh signed development cooperation agreements in many fields, from transportation to industry, urban areas, and services. Binh Duong has also actively cooperated with Ho Chi Minh City to research and survey waterways on Saigon River for investment, exploitation, and promotion of trade, especially freight transport and tourism. Cooperation of provinces and cities in the region is a condition that supports and exploits advantages of each locality, creates strong strength and driving force for common development.
