Further adjusting draft proposals appropriately for early approval

On the afternoon of March 30, Vo Van Minh, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee, chaired the 31st session of provincial People's Committee to approve draft proposals to develop the Resolution of provincial People's Council. Attending the meeting was also Nguyen Van Danh, Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee.

Accordingly, the session approved 9 contents of draft resolutions and decisions such as assigning provincial People's Committee to be the competent State agency to implement the construction of Ho Chi Minh City-Thu Dau Mot-Chon Thanh expressway with the section passing through Binh Duong province; extending the implementation and disbursement time of the investment plan by the local State budget from 2022 to 2023; assigning agencies to control over agro-forestry-fishery production and business establishments that are not egiliable to be granted  the certificates of establishments meeting food safety conditions in the province; approving the investment policy of An Tay River Port project and time to implement the project; conditions for separation of land plots, conditions for mergence of land plots and minimum area to be divided for each type of land in the province...

The meeting also heard a report on the extension of the progress of putting the land into use by An Ty Co., Ltd. in North Tan Uyen district’s Hieu Liem commune; the reorganization of the Arts and Culture Center into a Cultural Center under the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DoCST); the reorganization of the Sports Training and Competition Center into a Sports Training and Competition Center under provincial DoCST...

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Minh basically agreed with the contents presented at the meeting. He also suggested relevant departments and sectors to further adjust the drafts in accordance with contributive ideas by delegates for early approval.
