 On the morning of November 28, Tan Uyen City Party Committee held a conference to summarize programs and plans to implement the Resolution of the 12th City Party Congress and the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025.

To implement the Resolution aimed at enhancing the quality of leadership and management teams to meet the city's needs in the current context, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has methodically and effectively carried out various stages of personnel management. This includes gathering feedback, conducting evaluations, planning, providing training, fostering development, as well as overseeing rotations, transfers, rewards, and disciplinary actions... The City Party Committee has implemented the policy of arranging the Party Secretary at the commune level who is not a local; the coefficient and number of officials included in the planning are guaranteed to be 1 - 1.5 times higher than the current term; the age structure and the proportion of female and young officials are all guaranteed according to regulations...

The implementation of the program to develop Tan Uyen City into a class-two urban area by 2025, with a focus on becoming a smart city, has made significant progress. Investments in transport infrastructure and socio-economic development are advancing, largely meeting the program's objectives. Several infrastructure projects have been completed on schedule, creating favorable conditions for socio-economic growth, national defense, security, enhancing the material and spiritual well-being of residents.
