TDM deploys many models on reforming administrative procedures

In the first nine months of 2022, Thu Dau Mot city’s People's Committee actively implemented initiatives and models on reforming administrative procedure,  aiming to create the best favorable conditions for the people.

Specifically, the model of "Timed instruction and return of results at home"; authentication of signatures at home for elderly people with difficulty in moving; the model of “Day not written”; the "Monday without appointment" model that has been implemented and replicated into the model of "All week without appointment"; the model of "Receiving and guiding administrative procedures in quarter on Saturday"; the model of "Each household - One account" to use online public services; the model of "Quick Response Team" on administrative reform to guide, support, receive and promptly answer recommendations related to administrative procedures; the “Friendly Saturday” model that guides citizens to register for public service accounts and supports them to fill online dossiers at home and at quarters’ offices; consults, guides them to handle administrative procedures via phone number at the department of receiving and returning results…

The implementation results showed that many people in the city have been able to access technological devices or complete steps to carry out administrative procedures easily and quickly. As a result, more than 10,339 cases were supported. It is the result of the city’s efforts to help people complete procedures, contributing to improving the efficiency of the local administrative reform.
