To implement project "All people unite to build a cultural life" by 2025, Di An city strives to achieve the target that 100% of roads and alleys managed by wards will be cared for, preserved and planted with trees, environmental sanitation, no spontaneous garbage dumps, restrictions on illegal advertising and classifieds; strive for 80% of roads and alleys managed by wards to be upgraded, equipped with public lighting, and public trash cans; 80% of canals and streams are repaired, dredged to clear the flow, not to pollute the environment.

In addition, the locality propagates and mobilizes 95% of agencies, units and 80% of registered enterprises to meet annual cultural standards; 80% of markets and shopping centers implement a cultural, civilized, clean - beautiful - safe lifestyle.
