Dau Tieng district responses to Clean Up the World 2022

Morning of September 29, at the Cultural House of Long Hoa commune, Dau Tieng district Women's Association and Farmers' Association, in collaboration with the Division of Natural Resources and Environment of Dau Tieng district, held a ceremony to respond to Clean Up the World 2022.

At the launching ceremony, members of the Women's and Farmers' Associations of 12 communes and townships took part in environmental sanitation by collecting, sorting, cleaning up trash and giving environmental protection bags to people in the area of Long Hoa commune market.

A representative of the district Women's Association said that in recent years, the work of preserving environmental sanitation in the district has been paid attention to and promoted. Waste collection is carried out regularly and with high efficiency. The launching ceremony aims to call on people of all walks of life to adopt a cultural and environmentally friendly lifestyle, and raise their awareness of complying with the provisions of the law on the environment, and respond to climate changes; thereby contributing to environmental protection and the implementation of environmental criterion No. 17 in the new rural construction program.
