Dau Tieng mobilizes many goods to support needy people

On September 21, Dau Tieng district’s Red Cross Society in coordination with Minh Hoa commune organized a "zero-dong” market-day to support the local disadvantaged people.

With its practical meaning, this market-day connected 30 units, organizations and donors to support essential goods. 100 poor households and ethnic minorities were supported to go to the market-day, with more than 30 items being essential necessities, at the price of zero dong. The total cost of implementing the market was more than VND 110 million, mobilized and supported by the Red Cross Society of the district and Minh Hoa commune.
