Delegation of provincial People's Council pays gift visit to workers with extremely difficult circumstances

On the afternoon of June 8, a delegation of provincial People's Council, led by Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice-Chairwoman of provincial People's Council in collaboration with provincial Labor Union visited and offered gifts to workers with extremely difficult circumstances in Thuan An city and Tan Uyen city on the occasion of the 2023 Workers’ Month.

Accordingly, the delegation visited and offered gifts to 20 workers with extremely difficult circumstances, hit by fatal diseases or workplace accidents… in Hai My Co.Ltd. in Thuan An city and Chi Hung Co.Ltd. in Tan Uyen city. Each gift included necessities and VND5million in cash. Provincial Labor Union also donated 3 gifts worth VND10 million in cash from the local Fund for workers with extremely difficult circumstances to 3 workers at Chi Hung Co., Ltd.

In each visiting place, on behalf of the delegation, Mrs. Phuong extended best regards and shared current difficulties to leaders and workers of the companies. She said that over the past time, these enterprises made great efforts in production and business activities, taking care of workers' lives. The contributions by them and employees have contributed to the local development.

On the afternoon of the same day, the delegation in collaboration with provincial Labor Union, the People's Committee of Tan Uyen City presented 14 gifts to workers with extremely difficult circumstances working at a number of enterprises in Tan Uyen city. It is known that each gift included VND 5 million in cash and necessities.
