Enterprises are obliged to provide periodically health check for employees

Recently, due to the complicated development of the pandemic, many companies and businesses in the province proposed to postpone or delay the periodical health check and occupational disease examination for employees. Provincial Department of Health has repeatedly approved for companies and businesses to postpone the periodical medical examination and occupational disease examination for employees, but it must not exceed December 31 every year.

Periodic medical examination and occupational disease examination are the rights of employees as stipulated in many legal documents and the obligations of enterprises. Companies and enterprises postponing or delaying periodical medical examination for employees to the next year need a written agreement between company director board, trade unions and employees. After reaching agreement, the parties need to make specific reports to the administration agency as a basis to submit to inspection delegations, if any.
