Unplanned check-up carried out on Grade 12 teaching and learning

In order to contribute to improving the results of the high school graduation exam in 2023, the Department of Education and Training organized an unplanned check-up of the teaching and learning of Grade 12 at high schools in the province in March. The main member of the inspection team is the core professional council of the province in high school graduation exams. The contents of the examination include profiles, teaching plans, plans and reviewing materials, attendance of classes to grasp the methods teachers imparting knowledge to students among others.

The inspection is conducted regularly, continuously and without notice by the Department of Education and Training so that the professional council of the province could promptly correct the units that did not have effective 12th grade teaching methods and seriously implemented the review guidelines set forth by the ministry and the department. At the same time, the examination also urges schools to focus on both teaching according to the program and combining early review and creating a solid knowledge base to help students of Grade 12 complete the exam with the highest results.
