Whole province has all 91 communes, wards and townships under "new normal" state

After one week of re-evaluating the pandemic level, provincial Department of Health announced that the whole province has so far had all 91 communes, wards and towns under the pandemic level 1 (new normal) corresponds to blue. The level of pandemic in the province is assessed on the following criteria: The level of infection and the ability to respond to the total population.

In terms of infection level, the whole province has had all 91 communes, wards and towns classified under the level of infection 1. The level of infection includes 2 indicators, namely the rate of new cases in a week per 100,000 people and the rate of patients requiring oxygen per 100,000 people. Especially, all localities have determined their ability to respond to the pandemic at a high level and are shown by 3 indicators: the rate of readiness for management and care of F0 cases; the rate of hospital beds available for Covid-19 patients and the rate of ICU beds with enough medical staff per 100,000 people.
