Circulation on fees of audition certificate issued

Ministry of Finance just issued Circular No. 78/2013/TT-BTC stipulating fees of audition certificate granting to auditing services and professionals.For auditing services, one establishment shall be charged upon its registratoin at VND 4 million for fresh start-up, VND 1.2 million for re-issuing the certificate upon expiry, VND 800,000 for renewal of a retrieved certificate, VND 300,000 for re-issuing new certificate due to damage and loss, VND 800,000 for adjusting the certificate.The certification cost for splitting, merging, acquisition, and transformation of ownership is at VND 4 million a case; for this case, fees for re-issuing due to loss and damage is at VND 1 million, certificate adjustment shall cost VND 2 million.The Circular comes into force from and on July 22, 2013.Reported by T.
