10th provincial People's Council Standing Committee convenes 26th session

On the afternoon of February 26, the 10^th provincial People's Council Standing Committee held its 26th session to consider and decide on the proposal to set up a draft resolution. Nguyen Van Loc, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Council chaired the session.

At the session, representative of provincial People's Council’s Economic and Budget Commission approved a report on verification of the proposal to set up a resolution stipulating spending tasks on environmental protection in the province. Through reviewing the resolution verification report, delegates focused on discussing, giving comments and highly agreed on the need to set up the above resolution.

Concluding the session, Nguyen Van Loc, Chairman of provincial People's Council approved provincial People's Committee’s proposal on setting up a resolution stipulating spending tasks on environmental protection in the province while requesting provincial People's Committee to direct specialized agencies to urgently set up a draft resolution to ensure compliance with the legal process...

Mr. Loc said that this resolution will be submitted to provincial People's Council for consideration and approval at the nearest session of provincial People's Council in 2024 under the shortened order and procedures.
