13 killed, 4 injured in pickup truck accident in Thailand

A total of 13 people were killed and four others were injured after a pickup truck overturned on Bangkok’s outskirts on September 29.
The truck they were riding sharply overturned and hit a roadside power pole on King Keo road in Bang Phli district of Samut Prakarn province, said Deputy National Police Spokesman Pol. Col. Krissana Pattanacharoen.
Twelve out of the 18 passengers died on the spot while another declared dead at a hospital, Krissana said.
Most of the victims are from the Sisaket Technical College.
