135 Uncle Ho’s good children honored
Early April 3, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and Young Pioneer Organization (YPO) solemnly organized the 24th provincial “Uncle Ho’s Good Children” congress at provincial Convention and Exhibition Center.

The event was attended by Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Head of provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation; Vo Van Minh, Vice Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee; Nguyen Van Loc, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Council; members of provincial Party Standing Committee; Nguyen Van Danh, Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyen Pham Duy Trang, Secretary of the Youth Union Central Committee, Chairwoman of the YPO Central Committee together with former provincial leaders, heads of departments, agencies, local authorities and organizations.
From 2023 to 2025, the movement of “Binh Duong Children Following Uncle Ho’s Five Teachings” has continued being widely implemented and achieved many positive results. Nearly 500,000 YPO members and children across the province participated in the movement and were recognized with the title of “Uncle Ho’s Good Child” at all levels. Numerous meaningful educational activities such as the “Thousands of Good Deeds” movement, “Small Plan”, “Tran Quoc Toan”, “Friends Help Friends”, “I Love the Environment”…were held, contributing to building up a young generation being rich in compassion, responsibility and dedication.
At the congress, 135 outstanding “Uncle Ho’s Good Children” and 50 youth leaders were honored. In addition, several congress-themed community projects were presented.
Speaking at the congress, Mr. Loi, on behalf of provincial leaders, extended his praise to delegates of the “Uncle Ho’s Good Children” congress. He affirmed that the Party Committee, government and people of the province have always devoted special care and attention to children and teenagers, prioritizing the best things for them so that today’s generation can receive proper education, enjoy recreational activities, access healthcare, be protected and have necessary conditions for comprehensive development.
In the digital era, he expressed his hope that children will become true digital citizens, knowing how to use technology wisely in learning and playing. He also encouraged each young person to become a communication collaborator, guiding their family members in science and technology, innovation and the National Digital Transformation, contributing to the development of a digital society.
On behalf of provincial leaders, Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Head of provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation presents a commemorative plaque to the congress with the message:"Binh Duong’s children – study well, train hard – worthy of being Uncle Ho’s Good Children, the future seedlings of the Communist Party of Vietnam."
