Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that during the past holiday from April 29 to May 3, tourism business units in the province served about 140,000 visitors in entertainment trips for a total revenue of about VND 70 billion.
Compared to the same period in 2022, the number of visitors increased by 17% (which was 120,000 arrivals); the revenue increased by 46% (which was VND 48 billion); Dai Nam tourist area alone welcomed about 75,000. According to the authorities, in general, tourism businesses in the province have carefully planned and prepared to serve guests during the holiday in various forms of ensuring security, order, and fire fighting, food hygiene and safety, regulations on prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic, public prices and sales at the listed prices.
In addition, travel businesses in the province have built diverse, novel and attractive sightseeing programs, quality services, suitable and safe means of transport, which have attracted many visitors.
