150 socially-privileged families in Di An city assisted with VND-0 market fair

On July 1, the Red Cross of Di An city, in collaboration with the Municipal Committee for Mass Mobilization, the city Military Command, and the Red Cross of Tan Binh Ward, held a session of "VND-0 Market". Attending were Bui Thanh Nhan, Standing Member, Head of the provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Ho Quang Diep, Standing Member of the provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Di An city Party Committee.

The fair was held to contribute to taking care of families with meritorious services to the revolution, wounded and sick soldiers and disadvantaged people in Tan Binh ward. To organize the meaningful fair, the Red Cross has mobilized resources from many benefactors and supporters.

Thanks to the support, 30 policy families and 120 poor households in Tan Binh ward were given gifts, including necessities and household items at the total value of VND 90 million.
