Phu Giao district’s Red Cross Society yesterday cooperated with the HCM City-based Cho Ray Hospital’s Blood Transfusion Center to organize a humanitarian blood donation stage with the participation of 200 local youths and people.

According to the district’s Steering Board for Humanitarian Blood Donation, there will be around 150 units of blood to be given in the blood donation stage. All the amount of the blood will be brought to the HCM City-based Cho Ray Hospital’s Blood Transfusion Center to save people.

 

Thus, the district’s Steering Board for Humanitarian Blood Donation has so far held three humanitarian blood donation stages with more than 170,000mln of blood given.
