250 people give blood

On January 6, Di An town’s Red Cross Society in collaboration with HCM city-based Cho Ray hospital’s Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center held a voluntary blood donation festival with the message of “A drop of blood saves a life”.

The campaign absorbed 250 Youth Union officials, members and volunteers. As a result, the organizers collected 215 units of blood, equivalent to 75,250 milliliters of blood. The festival was a significant activity in response to the Pink Spring Festival 2019.
