263 laborers enjoy legal consultancies

To protect laborers’ legitimate interests and minimize disputes and complaints as well as illegal strike and go-slow, in the first 6 months of this year, Di An district trade union’s legal consultancy team offered legal consultancies for 263 local laborers. They enjoyed legal consultancies relating to labor contract, social and health insurance, unemployment subsidy and so on.

Earlier, the team successfully reconciled 4 collective labor disputes at companies, guided 28 businesses to hold “Laborer conference” luring the participation of 200 employers and employees. Therefore, a harmonic relation between employers and employees is emerged.
