27.74 billion for market stabilization of textbooks, notebooks and school supplies

From April to October 31st, Book & Educational Supplies JSC and Binh Duong General Culture JSC continues the program of textbooks, notebooks and school supplies stabilization in order for all pupils can go to school in 2013-2014 school year. Selling price will be lower than the market from 10 to 15%. Expectedly, the 2 companies will organize selling at 75 places across the province.
