2nd Youth Union congress of provincial Agencies – Enterprises Bloc opens

*Bien Tuan Vu elected as Secretary of the bloc’s Youth Union

On July 23 and 24, provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc’s Youth Union held its second congress for the 2022-2027 tenure at provincial Convention and Exhibition Center.

In the 2020-2022 tenure, with the spirit of solidarity, dynamism, creativity and flexibility, the bloc’s Youth Union organized many meaningful and practical activities, promoting the voluntary spirit of Youth Union members on all aspects, positively contributing to the local socio-economic development, Covid-19 prevention and control, public healthcare…The bloc’s Youth Union also set a number of specific targets such as carrying out practical activities in propaganda, contributing to effectively building the Binh Duong smart city project; promoting the role of young knowledge squads in science and technology transfer and digital transformation; establishing at least 100 new branches in non-State enterprises; recommending at least 3,000 outstanding Youth Union members to the Party for consideration and admission…

The congress elected 29 delegates to the executive board of the bloc’s Youth Union for the 2022-2027 tenure; sorted out 25 official delegates and 5 alternate delegates for the 11th provincial Youth Union congress. The congress also elected the Standing Board, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Inspection Committee of the bloc’s 2^nd Youth Union. Bien Tuan Vu, Vice-Secretary of the bloc’s 1^st Youth Union was elected as Secretary of the bloc’s 2^nd Youth Union.

On this occasion, the bloc’s Youth Union paid tribute Youth Union cadres over periods; awarded emulation flags of the Youth Union Central Committee to 9 units with outstanding achievements in the Youth Union work and teenagers-children’s movements for 5 consecutive years. Provincial Youth Union also rewarded 6 collectives, 9 individuals. The Party Committee of the bloc rewarded 6 collectives and 15 individuals with outstanding achievements in the Youth Union work and teenagers-children’s movements during the past tenure.
