*Bien Tuan Vu elected as Secretary of the bloc’s Youth Union
On July 23 and 24, provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc’s Youth Union held its second congress for the 2022-2027 tenure at provincial Convention and Exhibition Center.

The congress elected 29 delegates to the executive board of the bloc’s Youth Union for the 2022-2027 tenure; sorted out 25 official delegates and 5 alternate delegates for the 11th provincial Youth Union congress. The congress also elected the Standing Board, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Inspection Committee of the bloc’s 2nd Youth Union. Bien Tuan Vu, Vice-Secretary of the bloc’s 1st Youth Union was elected as Secretary of the bloc’s 2nd Youth Union.
On this occasion, the bloc’s Youth Union paid tribute Youth Union cadres over periods; awarded emulation flags of the Youth Union Central Committee to 9 units with outstanding achievements in the Youth Union work and teenagers-children’s movements for 5 consecutive years. Provincial Youth Union also rewarded 6 collectives, 9 individuals. The Party Committee of the bloc rewarded 6 collectives and 15 individuals with outstanding achievements in the Youth Union work and teenagers-children’s movements during the past tenure.
