3-2 Investment & Construction JSC makes IPO at HOSE

The 3-2 Investment & Construction Joint Stock Company (JSC)’s initial public offering (IPO) took place at the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) on Nov.30, with 11.2 million shares worth VND112bln.

This is the 348th company listing their shares on HOSE. The first stock transaction session of the JSC took place successfully with the reference price of VND18,000 per share.

Established in 1993, the 3-2 Investment & Construction JSC has effectively operated in the field of construction and building materials. Over the past years, the JSC’s growth was very impressive with the average revenue and profit increasing by more than 20%.

Vo Van Lanh, CEO of the 3-2 Investment & Construction JSC (photo) said that the JSC’s decision of listing its shares on HOSE is a short-term strategy towards sustainable development.
