37 enterprises take part in chemical accident handling during transportation

On July 27 morning, Vietnam Chemistry Association - Voluntary social responsibility council of Vietnamese chemical enterprises in collaboration with provincial Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, BASF Vietnam gave training and maneuver of chemical accident handling during transportation.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Nguyen Van Danh, Director of Department of Industry and Trade, thanked the attention of Vietnam Chemistry Association - Voluntary social responsibility council of Vietnamese chemical enterprises to the management of chemical safety in Binh Duong. In the future, Binh Duong hoped that the association, scientists, and businesses would continue to support Binh Duong in socio-economic development and ensuring chemical safety, contributing to the successful implementation of the province's sustainable development goals.

The training attracted the participation of 37 enterprises from inside and outside the province. In VSIP 1 Thuan An town, business representatives took part in a maneuver on the response to transportation accidents of dangerous chemical. The rehearsal helps the trainees to have more experiences in handling and ensuring the safety of chemicals when an accident occurs.
