Bau Bang district’s People's Committee commends individuals for their excellence in coordinating and mobilizing veterans to participate in grassroots Veterans Clubs from 2019 to 2024

Currently, the whole district has 39 clubs with 554 veterans regularly participating in activities. Over the past years, the implementation of the program by the three units achieved good results. The district’s Veterans Clubs have maintained regular activities, fostering and educating veterans, encouraging them to uphold and promote the traditional qualities of "Uncle Ho's Soldiers”. They exemplarily fulfilled their civic duties, supported each other in life, actively participated in local movements and tasks, and helped each other in economic development and poverty reduction. They also created favorable conditions for members to get access to preferential loans, helping each other actively participate in socio-economic development, maintaining security and social order, contributing to building up a strong locality.

On this occasion, Bau Bang district’s People's Committee awarded the certificates of merit to 7 collectives and 14 individuals for their outstanding achievements in coordinating and mobilizing veterans to participate in the grassroots Veterans Clubs from 2019 to 2024.
