(CPV) - The Binh Son Refinery and Petrochemical Co. (BSR), under the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam), on August 10th, announced it has sold the first batch of Jet A1, produced by the Dung Quat Oil Refinery Plant.

Earlier, the PetroVietnam Oil Corporation (PV Oil) successfully negotiated with BSR to sell the 4,500-tonne batch of Jet A1 fuel for aeroplanes for BP Singapore Pte.Ltd under UK's BP Group. Together with BP, Shell Group was chosen by PV Oil and BSR to sell this product.

So far, the Dung Quat Oil Refinery Plant imported 5.3 million tonnes of crude oil, produced more than 4.6 million tonnes of refined products, and has sold more than 4.4 million tonnes of products on the market, achieving a turnover of more than VND48 trillion.
