On the afternoon of August 12, Binh Duong provincial Police organized a conference to deploy a plan to mobilize forces to enhance patrol, control, and handle violations of order and traffic safety on transportation routes. Colonel Ngo Xuan Phu, Deputy Director of the provincial Police, chaired the conference.
According to the plan, the provincial police will establish 4 task forces to patrol and control in coordination with the local traffic police forces, focusing on controlling on National Highway 13, My Phuoc - Tan Van route, DT741, DT743B, DT744, DT746. The implementation time is 24/24 hours, focusing on peak hours, morning from 6-8 am, afternoon from 18:00 to 23:00.
The Traffic Police Force will focus on handling violations that directly cause traffic accidents, such as: Violating alcohol concentration, speed, drugs; not driving on the correct part of the road, designated lane; stopping, parking, changing direction, changing lanes not according to regulations; not obeying traffic signal lights, signals, instructions from traffic signs, road markings; oversized, overloaded vehicles, modified vehicles, vehicles without inspection, vehicles beyond the expiration date of use.
Major General Ngo Xuan Phu strictly enforces the regulations of the law, work procedures, the People's Police Order, and cultural etiquette when interacting with the people. The handling of violations must ensure strictness, "no restricted areas, no exceptions," strictly prohibiting interference and accepting interference in the handling of violations.
The implementation of the patrol and control plan will be carried out from August 12 until any new plan is in place.
