4-year implementation of Conclusion No.80-KL/TW partially reviewed

 

The non-state enterprises’ party cells wining excellent achievements receive merit certificates. 

Binh Duong provincial party committee yesterday held a preliminary conference on the 4-year implementation of Conclusion No.80-KL/TW on spurring implementation of the Politburo’s Directive No.07-CT/TW and 3-year implementation of the provincial party committee’s Program No.13-CTr/TU on Party building and development at non-state enterprises. Nguyen Huu Tu chaired the conference.

Until now, the entire local Party organization has 66 party cells at the non-state businesses, 11 of which are at foreign companies with 911 party members.

After 3 years of implementing the Program No.13-CTr/TU, the entire party organization develops additional 24 party cells at the non-state enterprises, winning 48% compared with its set plan, admitting more 203 party members. Besides, the work on trade union, youth union and women union building is also accelerated, bringing many good results.

Nguyen Huu Tu, vice secretary of the provincial party committee suggested all level authorities and mass bodies to focus on grasping significance and importance of Party building and development at the non-state enterprises; improving quality of dissemination on benefits of forming up the Party organization, political mass bodies at companies.
