During the 2011 Tet festival, TDM town’s Labor Union visited and presented 400 gifts worth VND300,000 each, including confectionary, sugar, seasoning powder, cooking oil…, to workers who could not return home for Tet. The total expense of these gifts was VND120mln, funded by TDM town’s Labor Union and extracted from TDM town’s State budget.

 This was one of substantial activities expressing the local government’s attention to workers who could not return home for Tet.
