Late May 2, Steering Board of Illiteracy Eradication and Education Universalization summed up its activities in 2012.In the year, local boards have made great efforts to implement illiteracy eradication and education universalization with higher result than in 2011.On the occasion, 20 collectives and 25 individuals were appraised by Provincial People’s Committee for their contribution to illiteracy eradication, education universalization and learning society building.Reported by H.
