5,559 food production and trade establishments inspected

In the first quarter of 2011, over 5,559 establishments in the province have been inspected and 33.81% of them have violated the law. Thus, food safety and sanitation authority and district healthcare centers have made warnings to 1,716 establishments and punished 31 others at the cost of VND 69,750,000.
Meantime, 169 establishments are awarded with standard certificates.
