60 tons of goods, the kind donation of Quang Binh province, sent to Binh Duong for Covid-19 prevention and control

On July 14, at the point of receiving resources for Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control on 30/4 Street of Phu Hoa ward in Thu Dau Mot city, the Red Cross of the province received about 30 tons of goods supported by Quang Binh province.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Trinh, Chairwoman of the provincial Red Cross, said this is the heart, showing the love and sharing of the people of Quang Binh province for the people of Binh Duong during the difficult time of the Covid-19 epidemic. The precious endeavedour is that all these goods are collected by the people of Quang Binh; each person contributed a little, which should contain a lot of love and sharing. Supported goods of this time included rice, tubers, fruits, fish sauce, dry food products such as fish, dried gourd, dried vermicelli, etc. The people of Quang Binh also sent their best wishes and hope that Binh Duong people would be always healthy and soon overcome the Covid-19 pandemic.

In addition to 30 tons of goods received at the receiving point of the province to distribute to a number of districts, towns and cities, 30 tons of goods supported by the people of Quang Binh were transferred directly to Di An city to support people who are affected by the pandemic. The total amount of goods that Quang Binh people donate this time is about 60 tons.

Immediately after receiving, at noon of the same day, the provincial Red Cross coordinated with the provincial Military Command to transport a part of the goods donated by people of Quang Binh, a variety of goods and necessities and a rice ATM operated by the local authorities, businesses and benefactors to support people in Hoa Phu ward of Thu Dau Mot city. Total goods to support Thu Dau Mot city in this phase are worth VND 150 million.
In the afternoon of July 14, the provincial Red Cross continued to coordinate with the pprovincial Military Command to transport many goods to support the people of Phu Giao district. Total support goods are worth VND 150 million.
