66 compassion houses donated to poor women

Since early this year, provincial Women’s Unions at all levels have mobilized donors together with their cadres and members to build 66 compassion houses worth VND2.4bln for poor women; award 536 scholarships worth VND536mln to poor-but-excellent pupils in response to the 2012 special emulation program named “Building compassion houses for poor women and presenting scholarships to poor-but-excellent pupils”.
