8-month tax refund reaches over VND14 trillion

Provincial Tax Department said that the unit in the first 8 months of 2023 implemented a series of policies to support taxpayers, continuously made administrative reform to speed up the process of dealing with documents, procedures and making digital transformation.

Reportedly, provincial Tax Department processed 9,203 tax refund applications, including 6,660 personal income tax refund applications and 2,543 value added tax applications. Accordingly, the total amount of tax refunded was more than VND 14 trillion. In general, tax refund management was carried out promptly, creating conditions for enterprises to quickly turn capital and improve their production and business efficiency.
