Update: 31-07-2021 | 13:36:04

On the morning of July 30, Nguyen Van Truong, Director of Becamex International Hospital, Permanent Deputy Director of Binh Duong province’s No. 1 Field Hospital said that the hospital has so far discharged 90 Covid-19 patients with negative test results twice. In addition, the hospital now has 100 cases of F0 with negative test results for the first time and they are waiting for the second test results.

As of July 29, the hospital had a total of 836 F0 cases who are asymptomatic or have mild symptoms. They include 12 pregnant women, 9 elderly people over 65 years old and 76 children under 15 years old. “All the medical staff at the province’s No. 1 field hospital are trying their best to take care of Covid-19 patients. After more than half a month of establishment, the hospital have worked stably with difficulties improved gradually. In the coming time, we will try to complete the task of caring for and treating Covid-19 patients so that more cases can be discharged from the hospital" said doctor Truong.

It is known that the province’s No.1 field hospital came into operation on July 16, with 1,500 beds at the World Trade Center Binh Duong New City. This is the type of facility that collects F0 cases for treatment on the 1st floor under the "3-storey tower" treatment model. It is known that the first floor is for care and treatment of F0 cases who are asymptomatic or have mild symptoms.

According to the assessment of Prof. Dr. Nguyen Lan Hieu, Director of Hanoi Medical University Hospital, Deputy Head of the Special Task Force on anti-pandemic support in the Southeastern provinces, the model of F0 care and treatment is on the first floor of Binh Duong in general and of Becamex field hospital system in particular has become a model for the whole country to follow.
