95th meeting of provincial People's Committee approves key socio-economic matters

On the afternoon of May 22, Vo Van Minh, Vice Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Chairman of provincial People's Committee chaired the 95th meeting of provincial People's Committee, in attendance of Bui Minh Than, Vice Chairman of provincial People's Committee, along with leaders from provincial departments, agencies and localities.

The meeting approved several important matters, including the draft resolution supplementing the 2025 socio-economic development plan; the partial adjustment of the general master plan for Tan Yuen city through 2040; the general planning project for Daub Tieng town through 2040; the 1/2000-scale zoning plan for the That La peninsula eco-tourism, resort and entertainment service area in Daub Tieng reservoir and the zoning plan for the “Cahn Dong Cay Siu” eco-tourism, resort and entertainment service area in Dau Tieng district.

The session also approved draft regulations on construction unit prices, adjustments to the land price list and specific land valuations within the province. Additionally, the committee approved investment guidelines for several housing and social housing projects in various localities. Delegates also heard a report on the proposed response to the bidding closure situation for the belt road 4 investment project in Ho Chi Minh city, specifically the segment from Thu Bien bridge to Saigon river.

The meeting also provided opinions on several draft decisions, including the issuance of economic-technical norms for the operation of the automatic and continuous waste discharge monitoring system in the province as well as draft decisions on regulations regarding the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Public Passenger Transport Management and Operation Center…

Concluding the meeting, Mr.Minh expressed general agreement with the contents presented. He also requested departments and agencies to finalize these items for submission to provincial People's Council for approval in the near future.
