A program sending messages to support disadvantages launched

Provincial Youth Union’s Standing Committee has just planned to implement a message-sending program to support children with extremely hard circumstances, beginning from Jan.1 to Dec.31, 2011.

 With each successful message, senders will contribute VND5,000 to children with extremely hard circumstances. This program is also part of provincial Youth Union’s activities taking care of the lives of disadvantaged children during the Year of Youth 2011.
