A tough time passes, love lingers…

In recent years, more than 1 million workers from all over the country concentrate on Binh Duong to live and work, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.  In the opposite direction, with its responsibility, gratitude and resources, Binh Duong has been paying attention to and taking care of this important force from materially to spiritually.

Buses of gratitude, gifts sent before each spring, or charity - social activities towards workers that Binh Duong has carried out are numerous activities done in the construction and development process. With the spirit of accompanying workers, all levels, branches, socio-political organizations, charity - humanitarian organizations always look to them, support and care with their abilities. That concern and care must be known and appreciated by the workers who have been working with Binh Duong.

In addition to the charity - humanitarian activities carried out by the province, the care with basic policies on employment, income, housing, health care, and education has also been properly taken care of. After two years of fierce pandemic, workers, especially those staying in the province, must clearly see and feel deeply the gratitude and responsibility of Binh Duong. From protecting the health and life of workers against the danger of diseases, to food, necessities, to rent for accommodation, etc., Binh Duong has all done with a sense of responsibility.

With Binh Duong’s spirit of companionship to overcome difficulties, the business community in the province has made efforts to maintain production, maintain jobs and income for workers in unfavourable conditions; this is also evidence of the affection and sharing of the province and businesses in the province towards the labour force. Along with the policies and activities just mentioned, towards workers, Binh Duong has been implementing a social housing program, affordable housing with the goal of 1 million apartments for workers funded by resources of the province and the cooperation of the business community.

Epidemics, international geopolitical conflicts, trade wars, disruptions to production and supply chains, etc., which negatively affect production and business, are realities that need to be faced. In Binh Duong, the business community in the area continues to make maximum efforts to overcome difficulties and maintain production, employment and income of workers. Believe that hardships will pass, love will linger, to stick together, to accompany for tomorrow's development.
