 - This year, the Youth Month has the theme "Youth pioneer the digital transformation", can you tell what are the key activities of Binh Duong youth in this Youth Month?

- The annual Youth Month has become a major political event, the month when young people are most active. In particular, March is also associated with the anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26). Therefore, this month, each youth organization and individual strives to make a contribution with many works for the community, social security, training and practical experience.

In the energetic emulation atmosphere of the youth in the country, the youth of Binh Duong determine to boost the digital transformation in all aspects of youth union's work; promote the role of youth, actively take part in the digital transformation; apply digital technology into daily life and improve the digital capacity of young people through key activities.

Firstly, continue to organize propagation activities, popularize legal knowledge among youth union members, in which to strengthen the application of information technology, to take full advantage of modern tools and media, social networks, promote the use of digital technology through activities, such as organizing youth movements on social networks, designing contests, building questionnaires on online learning software, livestream, thematic film screening on social networks...

Next is to organize activities to promote the pioneering, volunteering and creativity spirit of young people, join hands for advanced new rural construction and urban civilization; pioneer in digital transformation activities such as setting up volunteer teams to transfer new agricultural science and technology, establishing digital technology groups in schools, agencies and enterprises... Besides, to organize accompanying activities supporting young people in starting a business, establishing a business, international integration and taking care of youth organizations, teenagers and children, such as building job web portals, connecting online working recruitments, connecting businesses on the digital platform, deploying service packages to support young people participating in electronic payment activities, providing guidance on registering for online public services. - What's new in this year's Youth Month compared to previous years, ma'am?

- 2023 is a pivotal year in implementing the Resolution of the 11th Binh Duong Provincial Youth Union Congress, term 2022-2027. With the theme of "Youth pioneer the digital transformation", this year's Youth Month of the province will still be carried out in many forms, of which the most emphasis is on applying digital technology in a synchronous manner to all activities of the Youth Union, from province level to youth branches, from the implementation of large programs and models, such as digitizing union membership data, connecting resources to support young people to establish themselves, start a business, carry out projects youth associated with administrative reform; improve digital capacity for young people and children, especially those in difficult, remote and isolated areas inside and outside the province...

In previous years, due to the pandemic, the gathering of young people faced many difficulties, but this year Standing Committee of Provincial Youth Union will especially streess on the implementation of a three-link model: "Linking forces, linking areas, linking communities". These close links are the solid foundation for the successful implementation of the resolutions of the Party and the Youth Union, as well as key projects and programs of the province. In order to effectively promote the three-link model, right from the beginning of the term, Standing Committee of Provincial Youth Union orients, directs Youth Union at all levels in the province to limit the localization, promote coordination between units, thereby contributing to improving the quality of youth movements. This year's Youth Month will certainly have a lot of programs, models, and tasks coordinated by the Youth Union's branches to implement.

In addition, the success of youth works and youth movements in 2017-2022 term is a lever that brings the position of Youth Union to a higher level. In this year, not only the signing of coordination programs, annual and regular treaties with units, departments and agencies continue to be implemented, Provincial Youth Union also signed with organizations, businesses inside and outside the province, at home and abroad... - In your opinion, how to evoke and encourage the spirit of digital transformation in young people?

- The year 2023 is the "Year of digital transformation in Youth Union's activities". One of the key tasks of the year is to renovate the organization and operation method of Youth Union to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation; strengthen digital transformation synchronously in all aspects of Youth Union from the province to grassroots level; promote the role of youth in digital transformation, apply digital technology in daily life, and improve digital capacity for youth in the whole province.

In particular, in order to arouse and promote the spirit of digital transformation in the youth, it is important that all levels of the Youth Union in the whole province need to raise awareness of the need for digital transformation so that young people can better understand and actively participate in this process. Youth unions at all levels from the province to grassroots level must be creative, play the role of a companion and encourage the youth to deeply participate in the digital transformation process...
