Action Month for Food Safety and Hygiene 2013 launched

A ceremony to launch the Action Month for Food Quality, Safety and Hygiene 2013 was co-held by provincial Committee for Food Safety and Hygiene and Di An town at Di An town’s administrative center on the morning of April 12.

With the theme of “Food safety at the collective kitchens”, this year’s action month will strengthen inspection of food production facilities and eateries in order to have timely solutions to violations regarding food safety and hygiene, contributing to minimizing food poisoning cases and diseases caused by contaminated food…
